Large Hotel with a nice small swimming pool. The Pool area isn’t large so I can imagine it would get busy in the summer time. Nice large rooms with large bathrooms with a deep bath and rain shower which is amazing. Lovely toiletries provided and replenished when needed. Water in rooms was replenished daily, the room cleaning teams are amazing, always making sure a high quality finish every day. Lots of storage space for bags and clothes in rooms. Tea and coffee provided with a nice little fridge. Three lifts make going up and down to floors very accessible. Nice customer service from the reception team. The hotel is in very near vicinity to the BurJuman Mall and Metro station. About a 10 minute walk. It is also close to Sharaf DG. Plenty of decent eating places and shopping places around.

Easy walk to metro, in the morning the buildings provide shade while walking and part of the walk can be completed in the BurJuman Mall (air con). Metro and mall including local eateries + supermarkets Spinneys and Carefour are very close. Do try Laffah’s Restaurant. 20 min to burj. Staff are very welcoming/friendly and the rooms are very good - high ceilings, multiple usb ports, luxurious lighting with full controls bedside. A welcoming fruit platter in our room on arrival. Room was a very reasonable price at NZD125/night for 2. Pool and gym available. AED40 breakfast buffet. Bed was very comfy and large. Shower good pressure and temperature control. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very quick at dealing with a noisy neighbour at 10pm at night

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and comfy rooms. Location is good. A 5 minute walk from a lovely mall which has excellent food choices. Also a 10 minute taxi to the city centre. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would like to thank and appreciate the effort of the gentleman that recovered the smoking device I forgot in the taxi. I had no hope to find it but he did the detective work brilliantly and got it back for me. A million thank yous, Sir! Also, special thanks to the lady that made many phone calls for me so that I get the information I needed and didn’t have access to. That being said, I was super happy with my choice to stay at Grayton Hotel. I would definitly love to visit this hotel soon.

I have stayed here multiple times, and each experience has been absolutely pleasant and satisfying. - Super clean and well-maintained – The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. - Exceptional service – The friendly and professional staff make the stay even more special. Great location, could walk to near by places like Meena Bazaar which is very lively and buzzy. Room was very clean and tidy. Choice of breakfast was fine. Have seen more variety at other hotels. Ours was half board and the chef was happy to cook whatever we requested according to our taste of spiciness. Choice of menu was limited and we asked for extras which were happily provided. All staff were extremely polite and helpful with a smile on their face. Would highly recommend to our family and friends.
