This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Dubai! I have stayed here multiple times, and each experience has been absolutely pleasant and satisfying. - Super clean and well-maintained – The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. - Exceptional service – The friendly and professional staff make the stay even more special. I booked the Grayton last minute after a truly horrible experience at another hotel and it was paradise. The staff were polite,and respectful, the lobby was gorgeous, my room was fantastic and clean, the wifi was brilliant, even for conference calls. All at a very affordable price!

The top level pool was exactly what you need, even though there were few sun beds, we never had to fight for a place, it was mostly empty. The breakfast also was great, always changing and the food very diverse and delicious. The location is in a really nice area, close to a mall and all other services you need. The room was nice looking and spacious.

Large Hotel with a nice small swimming pool. The Pool area isn’t large so I can imagine it would get busy in the summer time. Nice large rooms with large bathrooms with a deep bath and rain shower which is amazing. Lovely toiletries provided and replenished when needed. Water in rooms was replenished daily, the room cleaning teams are amazing, always making sure a high quality finish every day. Lots of storage space for bags and clothes in rooms. Tea and coffee provided with a nice little fridge. Three lifts make going up and down to floors very accessible. Nice customer service from the reception team. The hotel is in very near vicinity to the BurJuman Mall and Metro station. About a 10 minute walk. It is also close to Sharaf DG. Plenty of decent eating places and shopping places around.

I really liked that hotel. Clean and nice, well maintained. There is also a pool available on the top floor but I did not have a chance to see it. There was everything needed on the room so no problems there. Room was cleaned daily, that was nice. Can not really complain about anything.

I recently stayed at the Grayton Hotel in Dubai and had a pleasant experience. Very pleased with my experience. Great location at the old part of the city - very good if you want to walk, see and feel the real life - that with no glamour. Good breakfast, however selection could be a bit wider. Kind and helpful staff, everything clean and tidy. WiFi - not a rocket, but worked well and reliably.

This is a beautiful hotel just 15 minutes from the airport. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space, even for a longer stay. The bathroom was also large, very clean and well-equipped. The shower was spacious, featuring a rain shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was varied and tasted great. The rooftop terrace with a pool was spotless and perfect for relaxing in the sun for a few hours.
